Laundroville is a professional provider of laundry, dry cleaning, garment care, footwear restoration, luxury accessory cleaning, tailoring and alterations, home care cleaning, and commercial laundry services operating throughout Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, placing an order, using our website, communicating with us through WhatsApp, telephone, email, or any other channel, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Service Availability

Laundroville provides services within designated service areas across Dubai.

Service availability may be affected by:

• Geographic Location
• Operational Capacity
• Public Holidays
• Weather Conditions
• Government Regulations or Restrictions
• Technical or System Issues

Laundroville reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at its sole discretion where deemed necessary.

Orders and Bookings

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Pickup Address
• Delivery Address
• Special Instructions

Laundroville shall not be responsible for delays, failed collections, failed deliveries, or service issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Inspection of Items

All garments, footwear, bags, household linens, accessories, and other submitted items are subject to inspection prior to processing.

Laundroville reserves the right to:

• Refuse items deemed unsuitable for processing
• Recommend alternative cleaning or restoration methods
• Identify and document pre-existing damage
• Photograph or record item condition before treatment

Customers are encouraged to disclose:

• Stains
• Existing Damage
• Previous Alterations
• Special Care Instructions
• Delicate Fabrics or Materials

Failure to disclose such information may affect cleaning outcomes.

Cleaning Results

Laundroville employs professional cleaning techniques and industry-standard processes. However, cleaning results cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Certain stains, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric deterioration, or damage may persist due to:

• Fabric Condition
• Age of the Item
• Manufacturer Defects
• Previous Cleaning or Treatment Processes
• Dye Instability
• Hidden Structural Damage

Customers acknowledge that some outcomes are beyond Laundroville's reasonable control.

Delicate and Luxury Items

Luxury garments, designer accessories, wedding dresses, leather goods, suede products, handbags, and specialty fabrics are handled with the highest level of care.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Certain materials involve inherent cleaning risks.
• Restoration outcomes may vary.
• Existing wear, fading, discoloration, or damage may become more visible following treatment.

By submitting such items, customers accept these inherent risks.

Alterations and Tailoring Services

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, fitting instructions, and alteration requirements.

Laundroville shall not be liable for dissatisfaction arising from:

• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
• Customer-approved specifications
• Design or style changes requested after completion
• Changes in body measurements after alterations are performed

Additional modifications requested after completion may incur further charges.

Pickup and Delivery Services

Pickup and delivery services are available for orders with a minimum service value of AED 60.00. Orders below this amount may not qualify for complimentary pickup and delivery and may be subject to additional charges or require in-store drop-off and collection at Laundroville's discretion.

Customers agree to:

• Ensure items are available at the scheduled pickup time.
• Be available during agreed delivery windows.
• Inspect and verify items upon delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect information, or failure to meet the minimum order requirement, additional delivery, redelivery, or storage charges may apply.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated turnaround and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery schedules may be affected by:

• Service Complexity
• Weather Conditions

• Operational Requirements
• Unexpected Delays

Laundroville shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed service completion or delivery.

Express Services

Express services may be offered subject to operational capacity and item suitability. Applicable surcharges include:

Pricing and Payments

All prices are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Laundroville reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing without prior notice

• Adjust service fees where necessary

• Debit Cards
• Online Payment Methods

Payment may be required before, during, or upon completion of services.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, referral programs, memberships, and discount campaigns may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Promotions may not be combined.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged as a direct result of Laundroville's negligence, customers must notify us within:

Compensation

Where liability is established, compensation shall be based on the item's fair market value, taking into consideration:

• Condition
• Wear and Tear
• Depreciation

Uncollected Items

Items remaining uncollected for more than ninety (90) days following service completion may, at Laundroville's discretion:

• Be Donated
• Be Recycled
• Be Disposed Of

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer before any such action is taken.

Commercial Accounts

Commercial and corporate customers may be subject to separate agreements, quotations, or contracts.

Where a separate commercial agreement exists, the terms of that agreement shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms.

Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Disrupt website functionality
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute website content without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content available through Laundroville, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Images
• Branding Materials

is the exclusive property of Laundroville or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laundroville shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages
• Consequential Damages
• Loss of Business
• Loss of Revenue
• Loss of Data
• Loss of Reputation
• Loss of Profits

Any liability arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of personal information are governed by Laundroville's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Changes to These Terms

Laundroville reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
