By using our laundry and dry cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Laundroville offers laundry and dry cleaning services, including but not limited to washing, ironing, folding, and specialty treatments for various types of garments and textiles. Our services also include pickup and delivery within specified areas of Dubai. The details of each service, including pricing, are provided on our website or communicated directly to you at the time of service booking.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are based on the type of garments, the nature of the cleaning required, and any special handling instructions. All pricing information is subject to change without notice. We will confirm the cost of services before processing your order. Payment is due upon receipt of cleaned items, and we accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Failure to make timely payment may result in delayed service or suspension of future services.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Laundroville. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you and, if applicable, provide a refund.

Pickup and Delivery

Our pickup and delivery services are available within designated areas of Dubai. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a pickup or delivery. Additional fees may apply for missed appointments or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice. You are responsible for ensuring that garments are ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

Liability and Damage

Laundroville takes great care in handling your garments; however, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains or the prevention of potential damage. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or wear that occurs during the cleaning process. Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the garment as determined by us. Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your cleaned items.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered. If a service error occurs on our part, we will offer a corrective measure, which may include re-cleaning the garment or providing a partial refund.

Personal Information

We collect and use personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and payment details, for the purpose of processing orders and managing our services. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery and as required by law. Changes to Terms

Laundroville reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
