How can I arrange laundry service with you?

You can place an order through WhatsApp to arrange laundry services with us. We will pick up your Laundry from your doorstep and deliver it clean the next day.

What is the typical turnaround time for your laundry services?

Our regular turnaround time for laundry services is next-day delivery. For instance, if we pick up your Laundry at 10 a.m. We will have it cleaned and delivered to you the next day before 10 p.m.

Which areas do you service currently?

What are the payment options for your laundry service?

Our current payment options are through an online payment link, Card on delivery, Cash on delivery and bank account transfer.

Is there a minimum order value?

We have a minimum order value of AED 65, which includes free pick-up & delivery

Do you offer express service?

Yes, we offer two kinds of express services:

  • 8-hour express service with free pick-up and drop-off, subject to a 99% surcharge. 
  • 60 minutes hyper express service available at Laundroville facilities, also subject to a 99% surcharge
Should I sort my clothes by color or type before sending them in?

No, you need not worry about sorting! Our laundry experts will handle everything, sorting your clothes by color, material, and appropriate cleaning method.
